It's simple:
- Request a Wavi Bags – Fill out the form on our website to request your bags.
- Fill them up – Add the pieces you’re ready to let go of (they must be clean and in good condition).
- Send them back – Once your bags are ready, schedule a pickup.
- We handle everything – From curation and photography to pricing and listing.
- Get paid – You’ll receive your earnings once your items sell.

Simply open our online form, and fill in your details. We'll deliver your Wavi bag(s) right to your doorstep at no cost.

You can request up to 5 bags per order.
Each bag measures 50x60cm and can fit 8-12 garments on average.
What kind of items can I sell on Wavi?
What kind of items can I sell on Wavi?
We currently accept only women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories that are:
- Clean and in good condition (never worn is even better!). No pilling, fading, shrinking, stains, holes, or odors. When sending shoes, please check the exterior, interior, and soles to ensure they are clean and free of scuff marks.
- Undamaged and unaltered. No missing labels, missing or broken parts, or alterations.
- From mid-range to premium brands (see examples below)
- Seasonal (no coats in summer, please!), current, and stylish.
- We DON'T accept underwear, sleepwear, or swimwear.

We curate brands based on quality, demand, and style. Examples include:
- Luxury & Designer: Chanel, Dior, Loewe, The Row, etc.
- Premium & Contemporary: Sandro, Maje, Reformation, Aje, etc.
- Curated Prêt-à-Porter: COS, & Other Stories, Zara (premium lines), etc.

What happens to items that aren’t selected?

Our team will review each piece carefully. Items that don’t meet our selection criteria can be:
- Returned to you (upon request for a small fee), or
- Donated responsibly through our partner charities.

Not yet. We currently focus on women’s fashion, but plan to expand in the future!
Pricing & Earnings
How are selling prices determined?
How are selling prices determined?
We price items using a proprietary algorithm based on a mix of factors: brand, condition, quality, market demand, seasonality, category... Our goal is to keep prices fair and consistent while ensuring items sell.
As a seller, how much do I earn per sale?
As a seller, how much do I earn per sale?
You’ll earn a percentage of each sale, depending on the final sale price. Our general structure is:
- Sale price: < 150 AED:
You earn 30% (Wavi keeps: 40 AED or 70%, whichever is higher) - Sale price: 150–349 AED:
You earn 50% (Wavi keeps: 50%) - Sale price: 350–799 AED
You earn 60% (Wavi keeps 40%) - Sale price: 800–1,399 AED
You earn 70% (Wavi keeps 30%) - Sale price: 1,400–2,999 AED
You earn 75% (Wavi keeps 25%) - Sale price: > 3,000 AED
You earn 80% (Wavi keeps 20%)
When my item sells, how do I get paid?

We will transfer your earnings directly to your bank account. Payouts are processed monthly at the end of each month for all items sold during that period.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

We keep listings active for a limited period (from 90 to 180 days, depending on the item) and do our best to try to sell every piece. However, if your piece doesn't sell, you can choose to:
- Have the item returned to you (for a fee), or
- Allow us to donate it on your behalf.

We offer free shipping on orders of 250 AED and above.
For orders below 250 AED, a small delivery fee applies depending on your location.

Can I return items and get a refund?

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is misdescribed or defective; or
- You received a different item than what was ordered.
All other sales are final.
