Every item we receive is reviewed carefully before being listed. Based on its condition, we classify each piece into one of five categories. These standards help you understand exactly what you’re getting:

Never worn, with tag: Excellent condition, with the original tag attached and no defects or alterations.

Never Worn: It looks like new, with no defects or alterations.

Excellent: Lightly used but very well maintained, shows no discoloration, pilling, or holes.

Good: This item has been used but is still in good condition. There may be minor signs of wear, light pilling, or small tears.

Fair: This item has been worn frequently and may have visible wear or flaws that require repair, but still has life left in it.
